THE PROCESS
LET'S CONNECT
Let’s get to know each other to make sure we're a good fit. After you answer
some questions about your project, we’ll schedule a phone call, Skype, coffee
to get comfortable with each other. We’ll talk about your business and goals, get a feel for what your design needs are and figure out if we will make an
awesome team. I might ask you to show me some examples of what designs you’re drawn to so we’re on the same page.
TEAM UP
TIME TO CREATE
If we hit it off, I will draw up an estimate outlining your project along with
pricing. You'll take a look and let me know if anything needs to be adjusted.
Once you are happy with the estimate, you'll sign an agreement and pay a deposit. Once these things are in place, you're job is done for now! I'll put together a production schedule so we both know exactly when to expect your project to be completed.
During this time, I will be researching and brainstorming ideas for your project.
For me, there is a lot of coffee drinking, rocking out to music, Googling,
sketching and obsessing over the design! After letting all of this marinate in
my mind, I will work on bringing things to life and narrow down the strongest concepts to show you!
REVIEW, REVISE, REFINE
I like to call this part of the process the 3 R's! During this time, I will send you what I have come up with and will look for your feedback. We will collaborate through the next 2-3 rounds until you are amped about your design! I will put together one final set of proofs for you to carefully review and approve before wrapping everything up.
DELIVER
Once you've signed off on the design, I will get everything together and ready for hand-off! Depending on the scope of your project, this could mean creating logo files that will work across multiple platforms, sending print-ready files to your printer or packaging up your design files and sending them to you.
WOOSAH
Congratulations! Your project is complete! This is where you are able to
relax because you will have a piece of your business in place and a great, new partner (me)! I will continue to be a resource to you and your business in any way that I can!
